Acute Red Eye cases present regularly to optometry practice. The skill of the clinician is to be able to diagnose the cause, particularly when there is potentially a serious underlying condition at play.

This tutorial will offer a review of the main serious causes of red eye and their red flags, before presenting a small series of interactive cases for discussion. This will be informal hopefully beneficial for all delegates.

All delegates will also receive a copy of the Red Eye Card developed by Optometry-Evolution which is a useful reference to aid diagnosis in practice.
